Photo: my snack packs. Crackers, for hummus. Craisens, and Nuts and dried fruit. Making your own snacks can help you stick to your healthy lifestyle. I make the snacks for the week on Sundays, that way I can just grab them on the way out the door. I do not live a meat or fat free lifestyle. That is too extreme to maintain for long without extreme need.

Ok this is a radical solution to severe disease, but imagine you keep a NO MEAT, No FAT, NO DAIRY, plant based diet 5 days out of 7. I think it can be done. Here is the thing. If you're just fat, remember that being overweight is not the worst symptom of an unhealthy body system. I mean, it isn't heart disease, it isn't diabetes, it isn't a stroke. It is a vain problem of excess stored energy. DON'T PANIC. This kind of extreme no meat lifestyle is for the very ill. For you, dealing with some high blood pressure and achy knees, being a bit out of breath, moderation is the key. You need a lifestyle that you can keep for a lifetime!
If you do have these symptoms of high caloric food poisoning seek help in your nearest fresh food section of the grocery store. Studies show you can reverse your disease. Really.
