Its all in the mind......

When I woke up today I had many reasons why I should not exercise but as soon as I put on my Taebo dvd,Billy was blaring at me saying that its all in the mind, we have to exercise by helps us to see with the mind's eye that whatever we are doing cosistently will result in the ultimate goal of success.If it is was all up to the body it was going to be easy.It is the mind that decides to make a change.Everyday is a chance to make a decision and if we only focus on making good choices today and not worry about tomorrow then it will all add up eventually.Happy sparking people.

    The BEST reason to exercise is for you! Making yourself your #1 priority, living your best life by taking care of yourself and eating well will help attain that goal. That decision comes from your mind, so I totally agree with Billy! By living in the moment and being aware of how your feeling/what you're thinking is something you have to train your mind to do. Reasons are excuses we give ourselves to not exercise. If you make yourself your #1 priority, topping that list would probably be exercising. Mind over matter! BELIEVE
