So, I have been counting calories and it's been going great for me. It can be hard. I have a lot of negative people at work, but I won't let them bring me down! A lot of people have been telling me to do a low carb diet...I do not want to do that. My goal is to lose weight but to also began healthy eating habits! I CAN DO IT!!
