I just don't know what has been going on with me in the last couple of days. I have been cutting down my work out times and making excuses for why I haven't put so much in it. I NEED HELP!!!! a workout partner or something

    I feel you too. I was that way the majority of Aug and the first couple weeks of this month. Then I just decided I better get back to business. And I did and girl how about 5lbs in one week. You can do it. It's just mind over matter. As a matter of fact, I'm bout to hit the track on my lunch right now. Thanks for the comment on my pic. Stay in touch.

    Girl...I've been there. I'm there now actually and I'm trying hard to get out of this slump, but Mz. Lazy is taking over my body! We can do this...get our focus, our determination & our strength and we can get pass this lazy stage! Let's get it!

    You did the first step - asking for help.
I find that journaling my feelings helps me identify what's going on inside. I will sabotage myself sometimes, and then have to figure out why. Have you looked for people in your area on here? Today I got up early enough to do the fitness video before going to work, then I know I've done it. Of course I still have the cardio to do. Let us know how you're doing, we are here for you!
