Thought I would check in tonight, So far so good. I have started working out harder and breaking that workout time in half, And let me tell you I can feel it!! My legs/hips feel like they may fall off, but thats all good ( : So I'm starting out jogging (which I normally never do, I'll go for a fast 5 mile walk with no jogging involved!) So... I'm getting my butt kicked! And in the evening I have been doing a 10-15 minute workout for my arms with my weights (while watching tv) I'm feeling great, have not gotten on the scale yet I'm trying to avoid it till weigh in on Saturday! And I have been eating very well which is a plus ( :

Other news, I start work tommorow which will be stressful, it always is going back to school : X But I'm planning on eating breakfast at home and packing my grapes and lots of water so all should be good.

I'm also wondering if you do Cardio DVD's Which ones are your favorites? I'm looking to pick up some new ones that make me sweat! Ideas?

    I love Jilliam Michaels... the shred is AWESOME (20 mins). She has a few others too. I like the Biggest Loser dvds, as well as Tae-Bo. I have some Step ones that are awesome (I'm a nut that LOVES step). And if you haven't tried Zumba yet...FUN FUN FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Turbo Jam are great for a cardio workout. There is a short 20 minutes one that kicks your ass if you are short on time.
Jillian Michaels has a cardio kickboxing one I like, its only 25 minutes.
I look forward to hearing what other people say. I need some new ones myself!
