Thought I would check in tonight, So far so good. I have started working out harder and breaking that workout time in half, And let me tell you I can feel it!! My legs/hips feel like they may fall off, but thats all good ( : So I'm starting out jogging (which I normally never do, I'll go for a fast 5 mile walk with no jogging involved!) So... I'm getting my butt kicked! And in the evening I have been doing a 10-15 minute workout for my arms with my weights (while watching tv) I'm feeling great, have not gotten on the scale yet I'm trying to avoid it till weigh in on Saturday! And I have been eating very well which is a plus ( :
Other news, I start work tommorow which will be stressful, it always is going back to school : X But I'm planning on eating breakfast at home and packing my grapes and lots of water so all should be good.

I'm also wondering if you do Cardio DVD's Which ones are your favorites? I'm looking to pick up some new ones that make me sweat! Ideas?
