In one of my previous blogs I wrote about how I realized that I dont need to lose all the weight NOW as long as I lose it. Well I've made 4 changes and it's gotten me results. The first change was to drink 8 glasses of water. This pretty much doesn't allow me to drink soft drinks or anything else. I've told myself that I'm only allowed to drink soda, or anything else after I've had my 8 glasses of water. The second thing I'm doing is that I'm tracking most of what I eat and watching my calorie intake. I don't always track everything. But when I do I learn how much I can eat, and what I can/should eat. This has helped me a great deal in guestimating how much to eat. The third thing I did is set a goal of 1lb per week. If I loose more, great. I'm slowly but surely loosing the weight. More importantly I'm working on a lifestyle that will help me keep it off. Fourth, i'm exercising. Sometimes I exercise 3 times in a week, sometimes once. Of course when I exercised the 3 times I lost 3lb. The other weeks I've lost 1lb. So I'm looking at increasing or becoming more consistant with the exercise part of it. Hope this helps you. :)
