More Accountability

I'm so behind with blogs it's not funny. I'm also not going to back track the weekend for accountability days. It wasn't too bad...but I know I wasn't 100%. That's that.

I was able to lose 1.8lbs yesterday. I can defintiely smile about that!! I just need to make these losses consistent. Tired of the yo-yo'ing back and forth! PHOOEY!!!!

So yesterday was a good day all around. Exercise, food, journaling, water, sleep. Good day. I want today to be a repeat of that.

I know, this blog is kind of vague. I have much to say...but just not yet. Let's just say I could use some prayers okay? It's not bad...so don't worry...I just need prayers.

So, on to accountability (minus the weekend).
