So the weekend wasn't so scary once I got started. Deryk did a great job at helping me get it off to a great start with a nice walk like I mentioned in Sunday's blog. I didn't do the best at logging my food or drinking enough water but I did better than I thought that I would. I got at least 10 minutes of cardio in every day (usually much more) so YAY!

Tonight, I doubled my time on the treadmill from my highest distance so far! Woo hoo! For that I am excited and I was able to get ALL my H2O drank and then some. That in itself is a huge feat for me! I tried spinning...and I don't know how you are supposed to do it but that fricken seat hurts my booty! So, I did about 7 minutes standing...not too bad for a novice?

    Congrats on getting in your exercise and the H2O. Everything else will all fall into place. Spinning is one of those things...either you love it or you hate it. I like it. I think after a few time your booty just gets used to the seat. It did for me anyway. Keep up the great work!!
