Help!! I'm eating candy, again.

Here's the deal. I have reached my goal weight(yaay). I have increased my work-outs, seriously. I now go to the gym 5 days a week, and burn upwards of 1000 calories each time. I generally don't eat as much as my program says I can. So, now I can eat some candy and still stay within my range. THIS IS NOT GOOD. I never knew stuff like twizzlers and skittles,had so many carbs. So, while I stay within my calorie range, I go way over sometimes, in carbs. Again, not good. I've got to get a handle on this, before it gets out of hand. Any suggestions? I don't eat chocolate, but I love things with white sugar. Gummy worms, jelly beans, gummy lifesavers.

    I have the same problem. I love the grossest candy ever. Try switching to sugar free - it's better for you, and it has the added bonus of tasting relatively gross, so you end up not wanting it as much. I can usually find it in CVS at the end of the big candy aisle that's by most checkouts.

    Hi. Are you still trackin your food? Sounds like you are. Okay, you have to instill discipline back into your routine. Keeping in line w/the carbs is an important part of keeping on track. What's causing this sudden crave for sugar, do you know? You may have to do some soul searching to understand your behaviors. Only you know the reasons why. To keep control for now, try measuring out "serving size" portions & put the rest away & out of reach. At least you can still have your sugar sweets...& eat it too! Good luck & keep Sparkin!
