I don't eat the way I did when I first signed on!! I have changed to a lower carb whole wheat bread, 1 T of peanut butter and half of a banana for breakfst! I discovered after tracking what I was eating for about 3 days that I was eating 1200 calories or thereabouts, way too many carbs, and not enough fat or protein!! I was really surprised and started checking out what I wanted to eat and what it would "cost me" before I ate it!! I have lost a pound and a half since August 29. I'm still working on the picture - hopefully soon! Thanks to all who have sent encouraging stuff my way!
