I have finished all the chapters in The Spark!
As a result of reading it, I plan on recommitting myself to the spark principles. I have strayed a little, and now it's time to get on a fresh new attitude as I progress even further into my healthy lifestyle. I am at my goal weight and I have been for a while, but my diet, water consumption and commitment to regular exercise has not been consistent. I have to do something about it, so I have decided to re-do Fast Break, the 28 day program that I began over 2 and a half years ago.
FAST BREAK 2010
1. Re-set my Fast Break Goals.
2. Plan my Spark Time.
3. Reaffirm my focus.
4. Set up shop.
5. Choose my rewards.
6. Learn about the nutritional value of what I eat by using the food tracker more regularly.
I commit myself to this September 7, 2010.
