New Month

Okay, so I was a bit disappointed this morning because I seem to have gained 3 pounds. I measured and have lost 3 inches in each thigh and 1 inch in my waist and 1 in my hips this past month. I know the exercise is working, the measurements show that, and I am able to push my self farther, the last two days I rode 6 miles pulling Zoe in her trailer behind my bike. The weather was awesome!

I know I didnt track my food this past week so can't be sure that I didnt go over calories, but surely not enough to gain 3 pounds in one week!

Oh well, this is a new month, and I know I will lose inches again this month. In time the weight will fall. I am looking better and feel better except for weighing in! emoticon
Looking forward to the better weather, I know I can get below 250 and stay there this month!

    I have learned that muscle weighs a lot more then fat. So, you can be losing fat - quite a lot of it and gaining muscle at the same time. Which in the end results with you - slimmer and cursing out the scale! emoticon

    Yes you can but don't beat yourself up if you don't - you are gaining strength and with that comes muscle. And you're losing inches so you're doing something right!
