This morning I didn't walk.
I exercised with my Richard Simmon's Low Impact Step Aerobics tape.
I think this is the first time I've lasted 40 minutes.
This is a more strenuous workout than just walking around the neighborhood,
BUT,
It didn't leave me wanting to take a nap, which is how I feel when I get home from walking.
I DO LOVE Richard Simmons
but I don't enjoy the step aerobics any more than i enjoy walking
but my GOSH,
If I set goals for myself I should be willing to DO WHATEVER IT TAKES to achieve those goals.
Don't be a whiner, be a winner. JUST GET UP AND MOVE.
