Due to all the spark points comments and how hard it actually is to get 100 park points a day I've changed that goal to 50 points per day.. a goal I've met so far in September. Thanks for all the comments..love the feed back :)
My 100 minutes spark fitness minutes is daily..I do alot of general farm work that is physical labor..like today I was helping husband put new plywood on quonset to get ready for tin,,,and carrying 2x4's and plywood up a ladder..in between times I was cleaning out the quonset. Quite a work out...
I'll have to add visiting more in my teams..I keep finding new, interesting ones.
Besides these spark goals I also have 9 other areas in my life that I'm doing charts and goals for :)
I also found my pedometer, but it's not working right I think I hit it with too many sheets of plywood. Where did I find it you may ask...right on my dresser where I set it when I changed out of yoga pants into jeans for the round up yesterday..haha
I'm really going to miss my memory or will I remember to haha..the joys of being over 50
