Well, it's almost time to start the school year. The year marks my ninth year of teaching and I'm feeling refreshed and looking forward to it. I've got a good workout routine and hope to stay motivated through the fall and long after. I feel good about my weight loss but need to lose 30 more pounds to be considered "normal" vs. "overweight" on the BMI charts. I want to make sure I go forward this season, not backwards.
The first step towards doing this is to work hard this weekend getting stuff done around the house and planning lessons/curriculum for school so I can start the year off on the right foot, instead of feeling stressed out and behind before I've begun. Wish me luck!
