If you are anything like me, the holiday weekends are the weekends that are a lot easier to lose track of your goals, and to lose track of eating healthy and maintaining a healthy calorie count.. A lot of family get togethers,picnics, bar-b-q's, and an all around atmosphere to over indulge.
I myself, will try to maintain a good healthy eating habit, BUT, if I do stray off the path, it's not the end of the world. We all have our lapses. The important thing is to get back on the wagon, and take back control, and fix what we have done.
A little more exercise for a day or two, will probably have us right back where we were. Just make a concerted effort to get back to your usual Sparkpeople lifestyle.
Bottom line-Enjoy the weekend. Have fun. We will all get through this, and continue our journey to a new and healthy you.
