Maintaning Weight for the Most Part

I am pretty much maintaining my weight but I really want to get down to my original goal again. I am snacking too much. Some of my pants are too tight and I really need to get back into them with comfort. On my 3 days off I walk the neighborhood in the morning before it gets too hot. I go twice around but I need to extend that to maybe three times. Sometimes I do this at night on the days I work. Jim got new teeth at the end of June so we haven't been eating out. You would think I would have lost some weight. NOOOO!!!! We watch Briana on Monday and she gives me a good workout. It's got to be the snacking at work and I am drinking to many Diet Pepsi's.
