I know I need to lift weights to lose the right type of weight. However, I'm having a hard time getting to the gym. The gym is only open for two hours six days a week during Ramadan. It's really annoying. I decided to do bodyweight exercises and did the upper body exercises this week, but will try to hit the gym to get my legs tomorrow since I'm off from work.
This is one of the annoying things about living in an underdeveloped country. The workout tools are less than desirable and I have to resort to primitive things to keep from losing muscle weight instead of fat weight.
I'm going to make a point to at least do body weight strength exercises and attempt to get to the gym twice a week to do the rest.
