Had to drag myself to the gym since I wasnt feeling too good. Thought id just do a bit but ended up doing double sets of all exercises! When I returned home I felt much better. A woman saw me doing lunges and said that when she started sh'ed hold on very tight for support and was not able to do it properly and told me to just hold on lightly, I tried it and was doing much better...though not perfect yet!
Have to miss gym for a couple of days.
