A new month has started. It's time for some new goals.
1. Eat breakfast every morning
2. Drink my eight glasses of water!!!!!!
3. Take at least one yoga class this month
4. Only one sweet treat per week
5. Get to bed by 10:00 pm
6. do the 30 Day Shred
These goals are very doable. I can do it!!!
