Run down

I feel run down today.Perhaps I have been over exercising and I know I have been getting little sleep about 4 to 5 hours max.Something has got to give.I know this when I fell asleep in front of my computer for at least an hour,good thing I have a private office.I have to go and do my thirty minutes at Curves and tomorrow I forfeit my morning workout for sleeping a little longer.I deserve it.At least come Saturday I will be refreshed and ready to do a morning run.I am trying to build up to run at least a 5K without feeling like I am going to die.I love running only that I hardly get the time except during the weekend.

I felt I had to buy a bran muffin (my weakness).I was just frustrated that I could not resist. I am not going to beat myself over it though.I am writing off my carb serving for dinner.Its grilled fish and salad for me tonight and an early slumber to recharge my batteries.

    Sounds like you need a rest day. Don't feel like you can't take breaks! The rest is when the real changes happen to your body from all the work you have been doing. Take a day and RELAX!! It's better to do that then to burn out. emoticon
