As I lay in bed tonight I start to plan tomorrow morning. I WILL get up early and go workout, after I'll go swimming and then lay out. I will make myself a healthy breakfast and will be ready to go to work, ON TIME. I try to let myself feel what it will be like to finish my morning routine. The sense of accomplishment nourishes my motivation. Tomorrow will be different I can already taste it.
