I'm making a lot of changes and getting back on a regular schedule of proper eating and exercise. It has been a long....long.....time since I last blogged.
I took a break from the gym for the summer but am getting back to it starting tomorrow morning. I will do strength training at least 3 times/week. I am continuing with the walking, outdoors as long as it is good weather. I am doing a virtual walk for the month of Sept. I'm walking from Oshawa to Niagara Falls, it is 119 miles.
I joined a new team called Lose 10 by 10/10/10
I am tracking all of my food and exercise once again. I quit drinking beer and will only have a glass of red wine with a seafood or pasta meal. I will eat fish at least 3 times/week. I will eat smaller portions. I am following the GI Diet and sticking to it. I am drinking 8-10 glasses of water/day. I am going to get more sleep each night.
JUST DO IT!!!
