~ PLAN, PLAN, PLAN, PLAN my meals :o} This makes all of the difference in the world for my weight loss and sticking to my plan overall.
~ Continue drinking at least 8 glasses of water, more on days I run. Rinse and repeat ;o}
~ Try a new recipe every week to shake it up! It would be fun to try this!
~ Continue my Half Marathon training, bumping up to 4-5 days of training a week. My HM is on October 9th, so I hope to run a minimum of 80 miles!
~ Do the spinning class 2 days a week maximum.
~ ST 3 days a week, either via Cycle and Sculpt (Mondays and Wednesdays) or through Nautilus equipment.
~ Work in some form of core strengthening/abs work 3-4 days a week.
~ Take 1-2 FULL days off from working out so as to avoid overtraining/injuries.
~ Lose 10-13 pounds and get myself to my goal weight, or at least SO much closer!!
~ Run two 5Ks (September 11 and 12), an 8K (September 17) and hopefully, crossing fingers, I will run a sub-30 minute 5K!!!
~ Pay off my credit card.
~ Put in overtime if offered and I have the time.
~ Work on incentive pay and focus on my job, utilizing my time appropriately so I get paid more and have more production (especially since my review is coming up in November).
~ Be motivated to actually wear a sexy outfit for Halloween this year!! WOOHOO!!!
~ Try on a size 8 and have it actually fit this time :o}.
~ Buy a cute pair of undies every week to slowly replace my granny underwear!!
~ New leather jacket when I hit 160, which I absolutely WILL hit this month.
