Well, Monday I did 2/3 mile before I had to walk, and today I did 9/10 mile. I think the difference is that on Monday I knew how far I'd gone and subconsciously thought "That's good enough!" when I got tired. Today, my iphone app failed me, so I didn't know how far I'd gone and just kept pushing. We'll see how I progress over the next few weeks :)
I'm not going by any of the C25k plans, just going for it on my own.
