I have noticed that I want to exericse longer when I am doing it to Praise and Worship Music....in Particular....this album: Michael W. Smith - A New Hallelujah!
I can go on and on....increasing my intensity -- it is Amazing!!! Time just escapes me!! It is only after, that I realize just how intense the routine was!! I LOVE it! I am totally drenched.
I have truly Found my Groove!! LOL!! ...I use hand weights off and on, working the whole body and no breaks either....very much like the Shred. I do squat thrusts, lots of plank workouts, way too many jump jacks and double jacks, push up planks, oblique twists, lots of ab routines and even difficult Pilates moves as well as a warm up and cool down.....It is AWESOME! What makes the difference is that I feel I am at a Praise Concert, and my mind is so filled with laughter and worship that I lose track of time.
I could do this forever....for a lifetime! So, this is my adopted lifestyle choice of fitness! LOL!
I truly hope you find yours as it makes the journey enjoyable!
You have decsrbed how I love to exercise too. I listen to Praise music when I ride my bike, am at the fitness center or do my exercise at home. It is the best way to me. We are giving God the glory and making our bodies more fit to serve Him.
