September Goals

Well, my first day of class was yesterday. It went okay, nothing too extreme! I was bummed to find out that I have a quiz tomorrow already! But luckily, I've taken anatomy in High School and this stuff is practically review!!

My September goals are:

Long Beach Sparkers Team Challenge: 10 Minutes of Exercise every day...sounds tough but it's only ten minutes! And Strength and walking counts :)
STAY FOCUSED this semester, on both grades AND eating habits! I need to keep my habits in check, both with studying and ensuring that my healthy living doesn't go out the window due to time constraints!

    You have some great goals set for yourself - especially with the start of a new school year - not too overwhelming which is great to keep up motivation and move forward.

    The 10 minutes will be a good mood booster each day, and you're right, it's ONLY 10 minutes!
