Was better then yesterday. I went to work with a smile on my face...with the intention of doing my job and not getting sucked in to the drama in the office. It worked for the most part!

I did yoga today- Inside Out Method yoga- which is crazy hard (I'm a beginner), yet very rewarding! It was relaxing and felt good to stretch- well after the crazy hard intense parts! I'm proud of myself that I made my fitness minute goal for August- 1500 minutes, a little over that, even though I was on vacation for a few days and had a few slack days too! My goal for next month is 1600 minutes, I KNOW I can do it!!!

Hopefully tomorrow go as well as today. I just need to remember to focus on my job, try to block out the negativity, and just get through my day!

    Thanks Ladies!!!!! Dawn- the people on my yoga DVD amaze me! One day! Good for you for doing yoga, it is great for strength and flexibility!

    I have just started doing "chair yoga" because so many folks recommended it to me for relaxation. I think that it is hard. I can't imagine what "inside-out" yoga must be like. Glad that you're trying to focus on the positives. Great blog. Love, Dawn emoticon
