Great goals, and on a great note! You can do anything you set your mind to... I know that sounds cliche... and I never really believed it.. But I joined spark about 4 months ago.. and after years and years of trying, I found what really worked for me! I started at 310 pounds... and I have lost a whopping 40 pounds in 4 months... This place has a community of caring people always there for you..
