5 weeks into my transformation - May 22nd 2008

Tuesday, August 31, 2010

It doesn't get any more real than this. Pictures don't really show my true size when I began my transformation. You need inspiration? Watch this video. I just watched this for the first time, Friday, August 27th. I recorded this video on my camera phone while it was playing on our TV. I basically cried all night in disbelief that it was really me.

If it hadn't been me, I never would've believed that I could look and feel the way I do today based upon what I looked like in 2008. RockOUT!

Dream IT, BELIEVE IT, Achieve IT!!!!

You are such a great woman. You have worked hard and achieved so many things. You did what it takes and you never backed down. You knew it wasn't easy and you went full throttle. I admire you, as always! Keep on believing in yourself- you are a star in my books. emoticon

I felt the same way December 26, 2009 for my little girls b-day party. I was 300/5 lbs. Cried all nite and made a change. I'm truely inspired by ur journey I've read most of your blogs. I want to train to bodybuild in 2011. I am down 71 lbs today and got more to go but I will get there. Any suggestions to how to start the bodybuilding process? I have no idea where to even start.

Thank you so much for sharing!!! I keep giving up! I have bounced between 170 and 159 for two years. I am soooo tired. Thank you for inspiring me to not give up!
