"I'll try" can be an excuse for not doing something we don't feel like doing, but know we should. "I try to go for a walk." "I'll try to prepare healthy meals today.", etc. In the end, we really do make a choice to do or not do. "I will walk 10,000 steps today!", and then we do it or don't do it. This is a good reminder of personal responsibility for our choices. Thx.
