I've been following your progress though LIVESTRONG, but I think it's time to make direct contact! I hope you are ok that I'm making a friend of you!

Good for you on the progress that you've made! I'm doing great with biking but running still is very scary for me! You are a motivation! Perhaps I'll try running again-I tend to feel like my left ankle might implode when I run...

However, I tend to be a chicken when it comes to anything physical. I treat myself like I'm 350 pounds, even though I've lost half of that. I need to be more brave and try new things-my body can handle more now than it used to!!!

Go girl and keep inspiring! You should be proud of your accomplishments!

    I just wanted to say that you are inspirational! I have been toying with the idea of running a 5K. It kinda scares me since I have not run more than a mile since high school (over 20 years ago) and I don't consider myself a runner. But hearing you talk about accomplishing it and looking forward to another run wants me to also consider it as a goal.

You look great - keep up the great work!

    C you are truly a motivation to me. I love coming to your site and being motivated to keeping going. I'm not losing like I want but then again I'm not on a program other than eating to ride.

Thanks for sharing and I hope someday soon you, Kim, Suzanne and can all get together.
