Del Taco Binge and Why.

Wow. I had a very bad fast food day. I am loving my food log because it shows me exactly why I was not in the mood to cook dinner. When you only have some popcorn and a plum for lunch I think you can expect a drop in energy around 5ish. i should be eating more protien in the afternoon instead of crashing and loosing all slelf control.

    Even though you may have had an off day at least you learned from it!

Of course your energy would drop with that lunch, try more whole grains as well or foods with high fiber content.

Also try to have small snacks to keep you energized throughout the day, even if it is something as small as 5 almonds or a piece of fruit.

Experiment until you find something that works for you, remember to drink water throughout the day as well, it should keep both you and your metabolism going!
