So I weighed in this morning and realized that I have lost 5.8lbs since the beginning of my Spark Journey :) That made me feel so motivated that I upped my distance at the gym and did 3 miles instead of my usual 2. I did them slowly but I still burned 450 calories.

After I exercised I went to my grandma's and cleaned her house then made some whole wheat pita bread. Yum, yum, yum. Took FOREVER to make though. I'll post pics later. My dinner was pita bread and hummus.

I got home and realized I still had a ton of calories that I was supposed to eat today so I used a peanut butter brownie recipe and modified it to make them peanut butter nutella brownies. So delicious. I'm still 700 behind in cals and I'm way below on all of my other values but I don't want to eat if I'm not hungry so I guess I'm just off today.

Oh well, I still had a really good day :)

    Be careful about eating too few calories, especially if you're working out regularly. Sometimes people find they don't lose weight if they don't eat enough because their bodies go into starvation mode. There are articles about it on SP.
