Day 5 of tracking on sparks people

so today's calories were a little high but I made healthy choices for the most part today. I haven't had any chips and there are still plenty in the house I have only had diet 7 up no regular pop and have not had any diet pepsi since Friday at work where I had three bottles of the 591ml's size. I am trying to cut it back out again I had been doing so well and hadn't had any in 4 months. then my son's birthday happened and every one else was having it so I had to have some
