Yep, I stepped on the scale for my weekly weigh in and this time it said I was up 3 pounds!! I went over the upper limit I promised myself I would never get to again! I already started the day feeling drained and this just sucked all the perk out of me! I don't get it.... From what I understand 3500 extra calories adds a pound. That means I missed counting over 10, 000 calories last week! I don't even think that is possible. Not for me at least. I also exercise like a fiend! I just don't get it....
So, my question is why is it so easy to gain and so hard to lose? All the experts say "you didn't put it on overnight, so don't expect to take it off overnight", but I swear sometimes it feels like it does come on overnight! I'm going about my life, measuring, dividing, exercising and the pounds just keep adding up!
I don't know.... I'm so exhausted today and still feeling that way, so bedtime is calling! Maybe I'll lose 11 pounds in 1 night.... I'm pretty sure I gained it in 1 night!
