    I can't see your nutrition and fitness trackers, but I would suggest making sure you get your cardio in and calorie range appropriate for you. That's the basics, but I've recently been made aware that I do not get in nearly enough strength training and that I really need to kick it into gear again to get my weight loss rolling again. I'm not sure if you get strength training in, but I've read time and time again that it's as important and crucial to your weight loss as cardio is. Then on top of that, you need to make sure and get plenty of protein in (I choose chicken, fish, lean beef, peanut butter and beans) so that your muscle will stay healthy and continue to burn fat. Ummmm besides that all I can say is hang in there, we all hit plateaus!
