Gettin It Done on Mondays . . .

So I had a pretty decent weekend when it came to food. I actually did not give myself access to Red Vines whatsoever! So I did have 2 twinkies & a coupla pieces of cinnamon roll but I didn't sweat it cause I burned enough calories to enjoy those tasty treats. lol

I will make it!

So even though a few months ago I would've said that's over so let me get over to Target & buy some red vines & swedish fish & donut holes but no! I am so ready to put in work on Monday.

Today I'm walking, doing core work & tae bo & the QF Challenge. I pray you guys are all challenging yourself in small ways. Like not having that treat til after a certain time to exercise control or parking farther from the door just to get in some exercise. Either way, you will feel so much better!
