Exercise 22 out of 30 days in September
* Make sure all my meals are healthy including snacks
* Eat yogurt everyday
* Drink 8-12 cups of water a day
* Blog everyday with progress
* Track all my food and Exercise on spark
* Weigh-in every Thursday
