My goal is to eliminate "sweets" and focus on adding more fruits and vegetables. The challenge goes from September 1st to October 1st (and who knows from there). I am hoping that once I complete a full month that the desire for "sweets" goes from gotta have it to I'll give it a try or NOT.
Prayers are accepted for both me and anyone who has contact with me during this month.
1. Pudding (milk based)
2. Unsweetened cocoa powder
3. Crystal light drink packets
4. Sweets that incorporate some sort of nutrition. Such as a strawberry shortcake with fresh strawberries and vanilla yogurt.
6. Fruit Juice
7. Soda (including diet)
9. Other Sugary Snacks (candy)
10. Chips (baked lays or pretzels)
