Joined a gym and learnt that I have very stiff hamstrings. Did a lot of exercises for them and ended up with severe pain in the thighs and took a long weekend off the gym to recouperate. Today was good since the same exercises didnt get me back those severe pains. This was the third day at the gym.
Notable was the sudden understanding I got about how to do the squats. But of course I cant do them well yet since I have very tight muscles. Guess it will take time and a looot of effort.
Also learnt that I have very little protein, being more of a vegetarian have to figure out how I am going to get enough for each day and wondering whether I am giving my family enough of proteins?
