As the title reads, it was a weekend disaster. I didn't keep track of my calories (and i know i went way over), didn't drink my water, didn't exercise, and lost focus of my 1lb goal. On saturday i told myself "it was ok for one day" then Sunday came around it continued. :( I started off right today and plan to keep it going. My weigh-ins are on Wed so we'll see how much damage i did...hopefully not too much. I'll be happy if i dont gain any weight and surprised if i lose weight.
