Weekend disaster

As the title reads, it was a weekend disaster. I didn't keep track of my calories (and i know i went way over), didn't drink my water, didn't exercise, and lost focus of my 1lb goal. On saturday i told myself "it was ok for one day" then Sunday came around it continued. :( I started off right today and plan to keep it going. My weigh-ins are on Wed so we'll see how much damage i did...hopefully not too much. I'll be happy if i dont gain any weight and surprised if i lose weight.

    I agree with Ronnie. So you didn't follow your plan. Get back on board is the important thing. What did you learn? What are you going to do different next weekend?

    Don't beat your self up!We all have bad days.Start today to change what happened over the weekend.Hey-you have 3 days before weigh -in.You can do it! Good luck! emoticon
