One Step at a Time

I've worked out three times this week, thirty minutes each time. I'm proud of my progress, especially since I haven't felt amazing physically this week. I've done yoga, walked, and jogged. I like to vary my workouts so that I don't get bored. Having FitTV and a DVR has helped by giving me lots of options and the freedom workout on my schedule.
I'd love to hear from other members who are staying motivated and continuing to move! Yay!
