Sure wish I did not have to use it…

ACCEPT, HANDLE, and MOVE ON!”

Had to move the scale to show the horrible weight gain from this summer of inactivity, and being stuck in the house, eating… whatever…
That was accepting it…

This week I have returned to faithfully logging every calorie that enters my mouth
Still can’t do any exercises, not even walking…… which tells me how it is even MORE important not to miss a day of calorie counting…..
That is handling it….

I will MOVE ON to better and healthier days
