Week 5 Completed

It was a good and bad week. Good - I worked really, really hard. Bad - scheduling caused chaos and I ended up with one day without workouts and another with two.
Note to self: If I miss a workout, it's just missed. No more trying to make up workouts! Too hard on the body.
Ran three times, easy runs. Walked the dog most nights. Hot, humid and sticky.
The new dvd, chest, shoulders and arms was really hard. Those respective body parts were shaking afterwards. The new back & biceps was good. Mostly stuff that I've done before.
As I endured another yoga X, I have to wonder if I should be shopping for a more beginner's yoga. Anyone have a suggestion?
My weight's the same. I feel more flexible and thinner. Live is mostly good :)
