My challenge to lose 3 lbs by Sept 1 from yesterday Aug. 27. Foods purchased at Natural/Organic Food Store. Total Calories 1140/ some days I do get up to 1300 calories. I just get soo full I can't get over that. Plus, dirinking lots of water keeps me full- So, II drink about 60 ounces of water a day or more. Hope this is helpful to someone.Workouts consists of Zumba,TurboJam,TurboKick, Couch 2 5K and resistance band gym.

Surprisingly, I do have energy. Some days are better than others when I get up to 1300 calories, I just feel so stuffed when I go over 1300 calories. I think taking my daily vitamins, the b12 shots and eating the way I do give me the energy I need. I notice I have more energy if I stop eating carbs after 4pm though. If your familiar with the Body Makeover Diet/Plan by Micheal Thurmond this is how I basically eat.

Sounds like you have a good daily meal plan and you are doing great. My only question is I noticed you eat 1200 cal and Zumba, do you have enough energy? I have experienced low energy if I stick to 1200 cal-I've had to bump it up to 1300-1400 cal to not drag during the day. You look great and I wish you success on the journey.
