So for the past 7 days I have worked out at LEAST 15 minutes per day and consumed FAR less calories than normal (even on the days I went over the recommended, I'm still way under what I usually eat - I'm the kind of person that can eat a whole bag of chips, and not the small bag or a half of a takeout pizza). What's my reward in all of this? I've GAINED 1 pound. I'm so frustrated I could cry.
Maybe tomorrow this won't piss me off so much but right now I'm ticked.
