    I have been doing ST but for upper body only. If I do the legs, it affects the lower back so I have to be very careful. Just go over some lower back pain so haven't started back up with the legs just yet.

    I need to put more effort in to strength training. I do it, but nt with the same effort Igive everythig else.

    emoticon emoticon That is so funny -- people keep saying that to me and I keep telling them a pound of muscle weighs the same as a pound of fat but it takes up way less space emoticon
