Well I have been back home about two weeks now. The first week my daughter and her family were here and it was so wonderful. My daughter is a nurse and she helped me with my shower -the most painful part - wash hair and incision site on back. She cleaned my house top to bottom and removed clutter that was everywhere.

Her husband Mike repaired the million tiny repairs put off and then safety proofed the house. He put up safety bars every where you could think, He hung pictures I had wanted hanging for such a long time.

They cleaned and scrubbed until there was not a chance for a germ to grow in this house for a very long time.

My heart is filled with such joy. And they are going to return here for Christmas. I am such a lucky, lucky woman.

Thank you for your prayers. I am able to get around well with the use of a 4 legged walker. That way when I get tired, I can sit immediately on it's built in seat, What a blessing!!

I still have a swallowing defect - the speech therapist is working on that with me. I still have a lot of pain - physical and occupational therapies help.

Must go

Thank you for your prayers. I'll try to update you more often . Pain is a terrible thing.
