Happy Wednesday Sparkfam! It's a beautiful 76degrees here in Chicago & wonderful weather to work up a sweat! I can hardly remember not eating healthy or working out but it wasn't that long ago. So what do you want for yourself? Eating healthier, schedule workouts & commit to them, or both? What does it take to get there? Well, YOU! I need to say that to myself everyday in order to keep up this stamina that I have right now. I don't want to lose it but I do want to lose the pounds. I have been active on Spark but inactive in my daily life. I need to get out there & reach out to my family. Being overweight has made me alienate myself & keep to myself. My family always has something going on & they want me to come out but I already had the excuses armed & ready to fire. So what I am doing now is possible only through Christ! I do it for myself & my family & my overall health. Who will you do it for?
Today, I watched Joyce Meyer, then I did Cathe Upper Body & Imax 2 on the express. That means, I forwarded past the commercials & kept the pace with Cathe. No rest periods to get water or catch my breath & the sweat was pouring. I felt good & I am even seeing result. I still haven't stepped on the scale since but I press toward the mark: 142lbs. Here I come. . . .
